Magnolia provides a limited structural warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in writing for a particular product.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is valid only within India.

Scope of Coverage

This limited warranty covers:

• Structural defects in the internal frame or core structure
  

• Joinery failure under normal residential use
  

• Manufacturing defects arising from workmanship
  

Magnolia’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Magnolia’s sole discretion.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  

• Fabric fading, pilling, or compression
  

• Leather softening, natural creasing, or tonal variation
  

• Wood movement, expansion, contraction, or hairline cracks
  

• Natural material variations in grain, veining, shade, or patina
  

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper care, or environmental exposure
  

• Damage arising from relocation, third-party handling, or unauthorized modification
  

• Commercial, rental, institutional, or heavy-use applications unless expressly pre-approved in writing by Magnolia
  

Claim Procedure

All warranty claims must be:

• Submitted in writing within the warranty period
  

• Accompanied by a valid purchase invoice
  

• Supported by clear photographs of the concern
  

Magnolia reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any claim.

Where necessary, the customer may be required to arrange transportation of the product to Magnolia’s workshop for inspection or repair. Associated logistics costs may apply.

Additional Terms

• Repair or replacement shall be the sole remedy under this warranty.
  

• Monetary refunds are not guaranteed and shall not be presumed.
  

• Any repaired or replaced component continues under the original warranty period; the warranty does not restart or extend upon repair.
  

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
