At Magnolia, each piece is crafted to order or carefully prepared for delivery. To ensure a seamless installation experience, accurate site verification is essential prior to placing an order.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying:

• Room dimensions
  

• Doorway width and height
  

• Staircase width, height, and turning clearance

• Service elevator availability for higher floors and large products
  

• Corridor and passage access
  

• Lift internal dimensions (height, width, depth, and door opening)
  

• Ceiling height and turning radius within the space
  

Product dimensions provided by Magnolia refer to overall external measurements unless otherwise specified.

We recommend allowing a minimum clearance of 12-24 inches (30-60 cms) beyond the product dimensions to ensure safe maneuvering during delivery and installation.

Order Confirmation & Site Responsibility

By placing an order with Magnolia, the customer confirms that site access and measurements have been independently verified and deemed suitable for delivery.

Magnolia shall not be liable for:

• Delivery failure resulting from incorrect or unverified measurements
  

• Inability to move the product into the designated space due to restricted access
  

• Damage to walls, floors, ceilings, door frames, railings, or property caused by insufficient clearance
  

• Dismantling or reinstallation of doors, windows, railings, fixtures, or structural alterations required for access
  

Any additional services required due to access constraints may incur extra charges and are subject to feasibility.

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refused on the basis of access miscalculation after production or dispatch.
