Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Magnolia, each piece is crafted with intention. Most Magnolia products are made-to-order upon confirmation of full or agreed advance payment.

Production Timelines

  • Ready Pieces: Approximately 2–3 weeks

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces: Approximately 8–10 weeks, or as individually confirmed

All timelines are indicative and subject to change based on material availability, artisan schedules, supplier delays, regulatory requirements, transport disruptions, raw material shortages, or force majeure events beyond Magnolia’s control.

Magnolia shall not be held liable for delays arising from such circumstances.


Delivery & Site Readiness

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, customers must ensure:

  • Accurate and complete delivery details

  • Clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the site

  • Site readiness prior to dispatch confirmation

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Staircase carry-up beyond standard floor limits

  • Crane, pulley, or special lifting services

  • Excessive waiting time at site

  • Re-delivery due to site unavailability

  • Storage beyond the agreed delivery schedule

If delivery attempts fail repeatedly due to customer-related constraints, Magnolia reserves the right to levy storage charges. Orders remaining uncollected beyond 30 days from the committed delivery date may be treated as abandoned, without liability for refund.


Site Impact Disclaimer

While Magnolia’s delivery team exercises due care, minor scuffs, marks, or superficial abrasions occurring during standard maneuvering through tight access points shall not be deemed the responsibility of Magnolia.


Risk & Title

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product at the site.

  • Ownership (title) of the product transfers only upon receipt of full payment by Magnolia.

  • Until full payment is received, Magnolia retains legal ownership of the product.


Inspection & Claims

All Magnolia products must be inspected at the time of delivery.

  • Any visible damage, defect, or discrepancy must be recorded on the delivery document at the time of receipt.

  • Claims must be reported to Magnolia within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

Claims raised after acceptance of delivery without written remarks may not be entertained.


Partial Shipments

Magnolia reserves the right to ship products in parts or multiple consignments based on production completion and availability.
