Yes. Most Magnolia pieces are crafted upon order confirmation. Select ready pieces may be available for dispatch within the communicated timeline.
Where specified, Magnolia offers customization in finishes, upholstery, and dimensional adjustments. All custom specifications must be approved in writing prior to production. Once confirmed, modifications are not permitted.
No. Production commences only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and written approval of all specifications.
Changes are only possible within the 48-hour cancellation window and strictly before production begins. After production has commenced, alterations are not permitted.
Materials & Finish
Magnolia works with natural materials and hand-applied finishes. Variations in grain, tone, veining, patina, and texture are inherent and form part of the product’s authenticity. Slight variation from website imagery is normal and not considered a defect.
Solid wood responds to seasonal humidity changes. Minor expansion, contraction, and hairline cracks are natural characteristics and not structural defects.
Delivery & Access
Yes. Magnolia delivers pan-India. Delivery timelines and charges vary depending on product type and location.
Customers are responsible for verifying access dimensions prior to order confirmation. Magnolia is not liable for delivery failure due to access constraints.
Where feasible, Magnolia may assist in coordinating special access services. Additional charges apply and are subject to availability.
Re-delivery, storage, or rescheduling charges may apply. Orders uncollected beyond 30 days may be treated as abandoned.
Cancellation & Refund
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, provided production has not commenced. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
Advance payments made toward made-to-order or customized pieces are strictly non-refundable.
Magnolia does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of preference, aesthetic reconsideration, or space miscalculation.
Warranty & Repairs
Magnolia offers a 12-month limited structural warranty covering internal frame defects and joinery failure under normal residential use.
Normal wear and tear, natural material variations, misuse, environmental damage, third-party handling, and commercial use are excluded.
Claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period, supported by a valid invoice and clear photographs.
Care & Maintenance
Detailed care guidelines are provided under the Product Knowledge & Care section. Proper environmental conditions and routine maintenance are essential for longevity.
No. Damage caused by oils, dyes, ink, cosmetics, food acids, or colour transfer (including denim) is not covered.
Payments & Security
Magnolia accepts bank transfers and approved digital payment methods as communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways.
Privacy & Communication
Yes. Customers may opt out of marketing communication at any time by notifying Magnolia in writing.
